GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

1. GENERAL

The clauses stipulated below determine the commercial relationships that may exist between the S.A.S.U iSupply.fr, vendor of products cataloged on www.isupply.fr and its customers.

2. ORDER FORM

Any order on this site implies full acceptance by the customer of the general conditions of sales without any reservation.

Your order is validated and taken into account by the e-commerce service iSupply.fr once the payment is made. For payments of the type check or transfer, you will have to confirm the dispatch of the check or the transfer so that your order is validated. Upon receipt of said payment your order will be shipped.

If a product is out of stock, iSupply.fr will contact you to inform you and bring you a new delivery time or will offer you an equivalent replacement product.

If the solutions offered by iSupply.fr do not give you satisfaction you are entitled to claim a full or partial refund (article in rupture) of your order.

SASU iSupply.fr reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute.

3. DELIVERY

For a delivery mode in NORMAL and for an order from 99 euros TTC in Metropolitan France, the shipping costs are free (excluding products in promotions and occasions). The products of occasions, voluminous, and certain promotions at breaks prices may not be the subject of the free port. In this case the port will automatically be calculated in the basket.

ISupply.co.uk offers customers ordering Andorra, Switzerland and Norway the possibility to pay for their order without VAT (displayed sales price - 20% VAT)

VAT will be invoiced by the carrier upon delivery of your parcel plus customs fees.

We deliver to the delivery address indicated on the purchase order by the buyer, even if it is different from the billing address. Please ensure that your details are correctly entered to optimize the delivery of your package.

ISupply.fr offers to deliver your package in a relay point.

Our deliveries are made either express or normal. Packages will be shipped by FEDEX, DPD, UPS, TNT, DHL or Calberson for bulk products.

Orders made on the same day are prepared and shipped the same day in order in chronological order of orders.

Express orders are subject to priority processing once the payment is validated.

Each order is secured and insured. You can track your package at any time via the tracking number provided in the shipment confirmation email.

ISupply.fr makes a point of honor to the quality of the packaging and the care given to each package. But it is imperative to ensure the receipt of the good condition of the package and its contents.

If the products are delivered to you deteriorated we advise you to refuse the package and to immediately notify the service iSupply.fr.

We will open a dispute file with our carrier and will send you a replacement product as soon as possible.

If the item ordered and deteriorated can not be replaced, iSupply.fr is committed to reimburse you the entirety of your order (product + transport).

4. RETRACTION

In accordance with article L.121-16 of the Consumer Code, you have 14 working days from the date of receipt of your package, to return products that would not suit you. Before any return you must imperatively contact the service iSupply.fr which will give you a return voucher.

You will be able to return your parcel and ask either an exchange, a credit or a refund.

As part of a refund, you will be reimbursed for your entire order (product + transport). Only the return transport costs remain at your expense.

5. PRICES

Our rates are in Euros inclusive of all taxes.

These countries are in the European community and pay the price inclusive of VAT. Belgium, Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Holland, Denmark, Ireland, United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland) Greece, Spain, Poland, Portugal, Austria, Finland, Sweden.

To order from a country not listed above, contact us for a quote for your shipping costs. For more information on the tax refund, visit the customs site.

We charge based on the price displayed at the time of placing your order. 

6. PAYMENT

The customer chooses the means of payment among those offered on his order form:

Or payment by credit card via: CB - CB Visa - Mastercard. (Your payment is insured)

Either a payment by Paypal (You must have a Paypal account.)

Or a payment by bank transfer (Shipment of your order upon receipt of your transfer.)

Or the sending of a check with paper order. (Shipment of your order upon receipt of your payment.)

In the case of payment by credit card, the payment order can be revoked in the event of fraudulent use of the card, in accordance with the agreement concluded between the consumer and his bank.

7. LIABILITY / CLAIMS

ISupply.fr is responsible for the content of the iSupply.fr offer, the related commitments, the ordering service, logistics and delivery.

The purchase orders are archived by iSupply.fr and will be considered as proof of the nature of the order and its date. All claims relating to the execution of this contract must be addressed to iSupply.fr by mail in A.R.

8. PROOF OF TRANSACTIONS

The data recorded by iSupply.fr constitute the proof of all commercial transactions between iSupply.fr and its customers.

9. LITIGATION

In the event of a dispute between SASU iSupply.fr and its customers, the regulations are subject to French law. The complainant has the choice of the competent court.

10. WARRANTY

All our products benefit from minimum legal warranty manufacturer. In the case of a higher guarantee, this is indicated in the material master record. The date of purchase acts as the start of the legal warranty.
